Meaning: first love, tender love
Juliet was bred by David Austin in England and is said to have taken fifteen years and about three million pounds to develop. When it debuted at the 2006 Chelsea Flower Show it was called the most expensive rose ever made. Its apricot petals fold into a round, peony-like cup, and it is named after Shakespeare's Juliet, which made it a favorite for weddings.
